Material Receiving Process
- Material Arrival : Raw materials are delivered.
- Incoming Inspection : Verification of raw material specifications.
- Material Property Confirmation : Confirmation of raw material composition.
- Thickness, Width, and Visual Inspection : Inspection of dimensions and surface appearance.
- Packaging and Weight Inspection : Checking packaging condition and weight.
-If passed, materials are moved to the raw material warehouse.
Press Processing Workflow
- Press Punching Operation : Initial punching process.
- Visual Inspection of Formed Products : Checking for surface defects or irregularities.
- Initial, Intermediate, and Final Inspection : Conducting inspections at all stages; records are maintained for traceability.
- Dimensional Inspection of Formed Products : Regular dimensional checks (with records).
-If passed, the product moves to the Barrel Process.
Barrel Processing Workflow
- Barrel Operation : Initial barrel processing.
- 1st Barrel Process : Deburring.
Heat Treatment Processing
- Heat treatment is performed externally (outsourced)
Secondary Barrel Processing
- 2nd Barrel Processing : Barrel operation to remove foreign materials generated during heat treatment.
Inspection
- Post-Secondary Barrel Inspection : Inspection conducted after the 2nd barrel processing.
Packaging and Shipping
- Final Inspection : If passed, products are packaged according to customer specifications.
